Matt Hall

As they say, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step! …It’s been ten years into Matt’s health / fitness journey and he finds himself barely scratching the surface.

Discovering the power of Martial Arts at a very young age, Matt studied Judo, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai beginning at just 14 years old.  Martial Arts taught him the importance of discipline, respect, confidence and personal determination to conquer any and all of life’s challenges.

Building upon his Martial Arts foundation, Matt began studying various strength and conditioning techniques to further his performance both in and out of the gym. Kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells soon became standard routine to compliment his Martial Arts training.  As time went by, Matt began studying under masters including Paul Chek, Charles Poloquin, Coach Sommer and Ido Portal– This unique blend of expert technique, theory and execution is what makes Matt an asset to the Juniko family.

Today, Matt hopes to share these same life-changing influences to help his clients re-discover overall health and fitness in their lives.  A paradigm shift to a holistic fitness routine based on quality movement and effective results through focused coaching and training.
