Michelle Gregory

Yoga has taken Michelle to a place within that she never knew existed. For Michelle, the practice represents change, growth and self discovery. It is a spiritual journey that allows healing to take place. Michelle believes that practicing yoga helps one to slow down, opens one’s heart, and look deep within to find the true self.

Michelle began practicing yoga in 2007 and in 2012 she completed her 200 hour teacher training at The Sanctuary. Michelle conveys her love of yoga both on and off the mat. She hopes through teaching she will be able to spread her message of self love to all of her students.
